Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Tom Runcie, trading as Foremount Business, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at foremountbusiness@outlook.com.

2. Information we collect

We may receive or collect the following information:

We do not receive or store your full card details. Payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy.

3. Why we use your information

We use personal information to process and deliver your order, provide support, keep appropriate business and tax records, protect our website from misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Our usual legal bases are: performance of a contract when we fulfil an order; compliance with legal obligations for records we must keep; and our legitimate interests in running a secure, well-managed business and responding to customers. We will ask for consent where the law requires it.

4. Who we share information with

We use carefully selected providers to run the business. In particular, Lemon Squeezy processes checkout payments and delivers download access, while Cloudflare provides website hosting and security services. We may also share information with professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required by law.

These providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, they are responsible for using appropriate safeguards under applicable data-protection law. You can read Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy for information about its own processing.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and checkout

This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. When you select a purchase button, Lemon Squeezy opens its checkout service. That service may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide payment and fraud-prevention functions. Its privacy information applies to that checkout.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support and meet accounting or tax obligations, normally up to six years after the end of the relevant financial year. We keep support enquiries for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed to resolve an issue or meet a legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of use, objection to processing, or a portable copy. To make a request, email foremountbusiness@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Details are available at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with its updated date.
