Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

Foremount Business is the trading name of Tom Runcie, a sole trader. Business correspondence address: 34 Gryfebank Avenue, Johnstone, PA6 7LZ. You can contact us at foremountbusiness@outlook.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you buy a digital spreadsheet template or bundle from Foremount Business. Please read them before you purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We sell practical templates for organising business information. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your records, calculations, VAT returns, statutory accounts and compliance obligations. Where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified accountant or adviser.

3. Products and compatibility

Our products are supplied as digital downloads. Each product page explains the template’s purpose and the software it is intended to work with. You are responsible for checking that you have suitable software, such as a compatible version of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, before purchase.

Templates may require reasonable adjustments for your own business. We do not promise that they will meet every individual accounting, tax or reporting requirement.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are displayed before you place an order. Payment is taken through Lemon Squeezy, our checkout provider. Lemon Squeezy may appear on your bank statement as LEMSQZY*STORE.

Your order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed. If there is a problem with your order or download, please contact us with your order reference.

5. Delivery

Downloads are made available immediately after successful payment. Lemon Squeezy will provide a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Please keep your order email and save a secure copy of your files.

6. Your licence to use the templates

When you buy a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for one business. You may make reasonable backup copies and adapt it for that business’s internal use.

You must not resell, share, distribute, sublicense, publish or make the template available to anyone outside that business. You must not remove copyright or ownership notices, or use the template to create a competing product for sale.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Digital content is supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout, you may be asked to give express consent for delivery to begin straight away and to acknowledge that this can mean you lose the usual 14-day cancellation right. Where you give that consent and acknowledgement, we cannot normally offer a refund for a change of mind after download has begun.

This does not affect your legal rights if a template is faulty, not as described or cannot be downloaded because of a problem on our side. Our Refund Policy explains how we handle refund requests.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for business losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by entering incorrect information, using an unsuitable version of software, or relying on a template without taking appropriate professional advice.

9. Changes to products or terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We may make reasonable improvements or corrections to future versions of a template, but a purchase does not include ongoing updates unless this is stated on the product page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the law where you live.
